HOORAY Victoria!!
This is a card a made for Victoria's celebration challenge on her blog. I *met* Victoria through the A Muse message board group & she is a super sweet gal!! She recently finished her chemotherapy & is halfway through her cancer treatments. She challenged us A Muse "groupies" to make a celebration card to help her celebrate her final chemo treatment.
